1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Digital Neighbour website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content
- The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
- The User Content is not illegal, harmful, or offensive

- Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

You agree not to use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person or entity

- To interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
- To collect or harvest any information from the website
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
9. Disclaimer
The materials on Digital Neighbour's website are provided on an "as is" basis. Digital Neighbour makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
10. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Digital Neighbour or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Digital Neighbour's website, even if Digital Neighbour or a Digital Neighbour authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Digital Neighbour and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our services and supersede and replace any prior agreements.
